Un legame che cambia la vita

Da dove vengono i mali che affliggono la gente? Vengono dal di dentro dell’uomo, dal cuore dell’uomo.

Infatti dall’interno dell’uomo vengono le ingiustizie, che creano disuguaglianza e guerra; vengono le prepotenze, che sono causa di oppressione e pianto; vengono le maldicenze e le calunnie che creano divisioni e cattiverie; vengono gli odi e le invidie, che portano alle lotte e alle cattiverie; vengono le sensualità, gli adulteri, che danno origine alle divisioni nelle famiglie, e al pianto dei bimbi, degli innocenti; vengono le avarizie che fanno ricchi e poveri: chi ha troppo e chi ha niente; vengono gli egoismi che producono i rinchiusi negli istituti, gli emarginati, gli ultimi; vengono le superbie che creano gli eretici, quelli che tradiscono la fede; vengono le differenze sociali che creano la guerra tra i popoli e i vari gruppi nell’interno dei popoli.

Ma tutto questo perché? Perché l’uomo mette al posto di Dio se stesso e al posto dell’amore a Dio l’amore alle cose, al posto dell’amore al prossimo lo sfruttamento degli altri.

Solo in Gesù c’è la salvezza; ci ha uniti a lui come membra di un solo corpo. Lo Spirito che ci ha mandato dimora nei nostri cuori e ci trasforma e ci fa rivivere la stessa vita di Gesù.

Più ci uniamo a Gesù e più mettiamo i nostri piedi nelle sue orme, e così la nostra vita cambia.

Sentiamo che al posto dell’odio nasce l’amore, al posto dell’egoismo la generosità, il servizio a tutti, specialmente ai poveri e agli ultimi ai quali si apre il nostro cuore, la nostra famiglia, la nostra tavola. Al posto della superbia l’umiltà e sentiamo che solo uniti ai nostri sacerdoti, al nostro Vescovo e al Papa che il Signore ha posto a reggere la Chiesa, abbiamo la garanzia della vera fede e non diamo retta a chi ce la vuole fare perdere. Al posto dell’avarizia l’aiuto e la comprensione. Al posto della mancanza di fede, la fede piena nel Signore.

Il mondo è la realtà organizzata fuori di Cristo: lui ha vinto il mondo; la nostra fede in lui vince il male che vi è nel mondo. Stare uniti a Gesù, che è la via, la verità, la vita, è il segreto per cambiare questo povero mondo, messo così male.

Noi non lasciamo la messa, perché è l’incontro con Gesù che ci trasforma; noi preghiamo, perché nella preghiera la nostra persona si trasforma e il male scompare; noi ci confessiamo, perché veniamo riuniti a Gesù nella confessione.

Facendo esperienza di vita col Signore la pressione del peccato si allenta, la nostra vita si guarisce dal male che è dentro di noi e nascono cieli nuovi e terre nuove in cui regna la giustizia.
